We want our kids to regulate. But here's the truth — they learn regulation through us. They watch how we handle stress, frustration, and emotion. Before they can self-regulate, they rely on co-regulation with a safe, connected adult.
This isn't about fixing the child or controlling the behavior. It's about connection, calm, and learning together — with the horses as our guides.
